Images and videos processed in your browser when possible

Visible watermark overlays are generated server-side and saved alongside the original watermarked file
Uploaded images are automatically re-encoded to remove embedded metadata (EXIF, GPS, camera info) before watermark processing — this protects your privacy
All uploads are validated for file integrity and scanned for malware before processing
Image Tracking queries are processed through third-party reverse image search services — your image data is transmitted to these services for the purpose of finding copies online

Analytics data is used solely to improve AIWatermark. We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or data brokers. Google Analytics is configured with anonymize_ip: true.

8. Data Retention
Account data: Until account deletion
Images/Videos: Deleted immediately after processing unless saved
Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)

Service not intended for users under 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. International Transfers
Data processed in the United States. By using our Service, you consent to data transfer and processing in the US.
