1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIWatermark.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIWatermark provides invisible watermarking technology for digital images using DCT spread-spectrum technology and for videos using Meta's VideoSeal AI technology. Additional features include optional visible watermark overlays, reverse image tracking to find unauthorized copies of your content online, and social sharing with auto-generated preview cards.

3. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate information
  • Verify your email address
  • Maintain account security
  • Must be 18+ or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

  • Upload prohibited content (see Prohibited Content Policy)
  • Circumvent watermark technology
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Use bots or automated systems without permission

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Plans

  • Trial (14 days free): Full Pro features including server-side DCT watermarking for images, Meta's VideoSeal AI for videos (up to 2GB), 5GB CDN storage, optional visible watermark overlays, image tracking, and social sharing. No credit card required.
  • Pro ($19/month): Unlimited watermarking (images & videos), 50GB CDN storage, storage dashboard, HTML/Markdown embed codes, visible watermark overlays, image tracking, and social sharing.

Billing

  • Subscriptions billed monthly in advance via Stripe
  • Cancel anytime - plan remains active until end of billing period
  • After cancellation, CDN files remain accessible for 60 days

Cancellation Policy

  • 14-day free trial: Full access to Pro features - no credit card required
  • Cancel anytime: Your subscription will end at the end of your billing period
  • No refunds: The 14-day trial provides ample time to evaluate the service before payment
  • File retention: After cancellation or trial expiration, files are kept for 60 days

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your images and videos. We do not claim ownership or use your content beyond providing the Service. Our watermarking technology is proprietary.

7. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not store images after watermarking unless you save them.

8. Disclaimers

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties
  • Watermarks designed for common manipulations but not guaranteed against all transformations
  • Watermarks provide evidence but not legal proof of ownership
  • Visible watermarks are a visual deterrent only and can be removed by third parties through cropping, editing, or screenshotting
  • Image Tracking relies on third-party reverse image search engines; results may be incomplete and availability may change without notice
  • Social Sharing preview cards depend on platform-specific Open Graph rendering; display may vary across services
  • Content shared via AIWatermark share links is publicly accessible to anyone with the URL; AIWatermark is not responsible for how shared content is used, redistributed, or modified by third parties

9. Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: AIWatermark is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months.
